Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Architect with 20+ years across the full software lifecycle — from hands-on code to enterprise architecture to leading the people who build it. Based in Goa, India. Self-hosting everything I can on a Raspberry Pi in between — including this site.
Every project I lead sits at the intersection of two questions: what's the right architecture, and who's the right team to build it. After two decades moving between hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical program management, I've learned the two are inseparable — good architecture without the right team stalls, and a great team without sound architecture burns out.
I bring both: the technical depth to make the hard calls on system design, cloud strategy, and delivery risk, and the leadership instincts to keep cross-functional teams shipping with confidence. I'm equally at home in a stakeholder review or a code review — and I still run a homelab because I'd rather understand a system from the metal up than just from the architecture diagram.
Grouped by what they're for, not ranked by percentage — I've never trusted a skill bar that claims React is exactly 87% mastered.
Direct cross-functional teams of up to 10 engineers on enterprise-scale delivery. Define technical strategy and solution architecture, manage stakeholder communications, mentor technical talent, and evaluate emerging technology for R&D initiatives.

This site runs entirely on a Raspberry Pi 4 in my home, serving static files through Docker and NGINX. No cloud hosting, no managed platform, just a small board doing real work. The same homelab runs Home Assistant, which is also where two of the open-source projects above came from.
Whether it's chasing lap times in Gran Turismo 7, exploring Hogwarts, replaying Batman: Arkham Knight, or helping my son through Astro Bot, gaming is one of my favourite ways to unwind.
Gallery coming soon — building this out as I curate the shots worth sharing.
Original short stories are coming soon—from science fiction and mystery to heartfelt fiction. I'm building a collection worth sharing.
I use my Celestron NexStar 8SE together with Stellarium for my astronomy hobby—which also inspired me to build the sky-tonight-card project above.
I'm currently playing Astro Bot on my PS5 with my 4-year-old son. It's his favorite game, and one of my favorite ways to spend time together.
